This store is absolutely beautiful. They carry an assortment of beautiful items perfect for all my gift giving. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! They also have an adorable store dog that greets you when you arrive. My grandkids always love going and seeing her!
Sadly I stopped in to purchase a very expensive piece of Jan Bargolio, over $3,000. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. I left and went to The Maverick and they warmly greeted me and even gave me a little discount because I shop there often. I was not able to purchase the same piece but I was greeted with a warm hello and asked if I needed help. It was just very disappointing.
Terrible experience. Dropped in to buy Easter decor and nobody said hello or asked if I needed any help. The ladies and gentleman behind the counter didn't bother looking up. I wanted to shop local. I would rather shop online and pay for shipping than to give this store any of my business.
Stopped in for the first time because I had heard it was cute, but that was the first and last time. The older lady working behind the register was incredibly snobby when I asked her if she minded checking the price of some unmarked sale items. She made an unnecessary scene by putting her hand on her hip, tipping her glasses down, and degrading me. Her male colleague tried to be really nice after her bad behavior, which helped diffuse the situation. In addition, the markup on some of their items is ridiculous. I bought one of the “designer” dog bowls that they had in the store off of Amazon for half the price. I do not recommend shopping at P.S. the Letter.
I love PS the Letter!! It is my go-to for gifts. Their selection is excellent, the customer services is always on point, and the free gift wrapping makes gift-giving that much more convenient. Plus, their dog Lillian always brightens my day. Highly recommend!
