Pulse does such an amazing job molding children of all ages into not only amazing dancers, but amazing mindsets with positive outlook. Each teacher and assistant is always welcoming, personable, and energetic. Performances are always such a highlight. Even tonight-this was my child’s 6th performance with this studio-and there were issues with impending weather lingering-the stadium security required the performance to begin a few minutes early to prevent any chance of children being exposed to possible thunder, lightning or rain-and everything still went so smoothly! The communication is always thorough and regular. Kayla does an outstanding job running this studio. I won’t take my child anywhere else!

It’s my children’s second year at this dance studio they love going they feel appreciated and not overlooked. The teachers and the student teachers always welcome the kids in class and have a smile on their face. And make sure the kids leave with the parents before going home.

This is a great place to take children for dance classes! They offer both recreational and competitive dance for kids through teens. Every instructor we have come across is absolutely phenomenal, including the teen competition students that help with the younger kid classes. My daughter has taken both full year ballet as well as the summer session. The staff has always prioritized safety so I have never had any concerns about the children there. During each class they spend time learning dances and techniques, as well as having time to do something fun. The owner, Kayla, cares about each and every one of her students and it truly shows. She always goes way above and beyond

Pulse dance needs to work on their communication and safety. They did not have snacks or crafts or anything else advertised in the class description. They played with water guns for about 5 minutes once and let them do it right by Coliseum Blvd. These are 3 year olds playing by a very busy road! They changed classes a few times and switched the last class to a different day of the week that we did not sign up for. There is no seating for parents to stay in the lobby because they do not want parents to know what is going on. I stay twice anyways and had to hear the director yell at the kids way too much! Their end of summer performance was supposed to be 6:20-6:40. They started it at 6:16 and it was all over by 6:23. Despite messaging parents an hour earlier to change the location of the dance, they did not message that the time had changed! We had to leave the kids at parkview field to get ready and there was nowhere near enough adults to safely watch all the little kids. If you are looking for a safe and fun dance studio, run far away from Pulse Dance.

Kayla and her team are so passionate to teach the kids all the different styles of dance. They share special bonds with all the kids and make sure they have a safe place to come and express themselves with their dancing. I would recommend her studio to anyone looking for any style of dance. She’s a wonderful teacher and business owner.
