We have been taking our fur baby to Pupper palace for several times and we always happy with the result. Julie is very professional, patience and caring. Our baby always love to see her.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service that was provided to my pet. Booked a fully groomed large dog appointment to find out that my dog was not bathed, nails were not trimmed, the most important mattings were left untreated in his neck. This is the first time a groomer is unable to complete a large dog appointment in the 3h my dog was left there. Paid $145 for just dematting a few areas of my dog leaving the most important spots that I mentioned to the groomer at the drop off time. I think is very unprofessional to charge a fully groomed price when the dog was not even bathed. I hope you contact me to offer me at least a 50% refund. I did not want to argue at moment of payment as I just wanted to take my dog home. As I am unable to reply to your message. I removed the rest of the matting at home myself, this only took me 20 minutes. I will be adding pictures of my dog before and after to show that the “poor condition” of the coat is regular matting. This is not the first time I take my dog to a groomer, and I did not leave in a hurry. I just didn’t want to argue anymore with the groomer after mentioning to her how it was hard to believe that for 3h she couldn’t complete the job as I have previously removed matting on his shoulders in less than 10min. I just wanted a professional to do this for me, which is why I took him to your location. This give the impression of false advertise grooming for long coat large dogs, your employees lack the expertise on this and it clearly shows.
It was Loki's first time at Pupper Palace for a Bath and Blowout - long hair. The staff were friendly and had great customer service. Leonora greeted us as we entered and she was very welcoming. Jasmine was Loki's groomer and she did such an amazing job with Loki! His coat is super fluffy, so soft and he smells amazing. Honestly, he just looks so perfect. Just before the appointment, Jasmine took the time to meet me and have a quick chat to answer any questions I had and to go over what to expect. At the time of booking the appointment, I had included a little note regarding some special care for Loki's skin and coat which she had already gone over ahead of time. I really appreciated the attentiveness. Thank you again, Pupper Palace, for the great service and I will definitely be bringing Loki back soon!
Just got back from our first grooming experience with Pupper Palace. When we first got there, we were greeted warmly and the staff helped to make our dog feel relaxed. Our groomer, Jasmine, did an amazing job! Our dog, Doodle, is a senior dog who is very nervous when getting groomed. Jasmine was patient, gentle, professional, and thorough with him. He looks great! I would definitely recommend this place.
Pupper Palace is my go to dog groomers for my pups even though it’s a hour round trip to get there! Julie is fantastic! Her attention to detail and thorough grooming is fabulous with my dog Jack who is super floofy! My dogs who can be quite nervous are very comfortable with Julie and she is gentle and patient! Highly recommend for all dog grooming treatments. Be sure to book your appointment a few months out so you can get the spot you want as they are popular! Thank you Julie 🐾
