Our dogs love Puppy Manor. When we drop them off, they run off to play without saying goodbye and when we pick them up, they sleep for 2 days. I like that they put pics of the dogs on TikTok. Very nice employees who are always professional and loving towards the dogs.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this dog boarding/daycare facility. While the woman who answered the phone initially was friendly and confirmed availability for Thanksgiving, everything went downhill from there. Upon arriving for the evaluation, the smell hit immediately — before even entering the building. Inside, the facility was extremely dirty: hair everywhere, strong odor of dog urine, dusty and disorganized office space, and an overwhelming stench of wet dog. It did not feel clean or well-maintained at all. When I dropped my dog off, I already felt apprehensive due to the lack of clear communication. The staff members appeared very young, possibly underage, and one even had a child assisting them. I was told I’d receive photos of my dog during her stay — which never happened. I only received a walkthrough because I specifically asked, and I’m glad I did, because the play area and kennels looked completely unsanitary. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned or mopped in a long time, and the kennels looked like they hadn’t been sanitized in who knows how long. The outdoor space was also rundown and poorly maintained. When I picked her up, I was again greeted by a child, not an adult, and received minimal feedback about her stay. There were no updates, no meaningful communication, and no professionalism. They briefly mentioned she was nervous at first but eventually calmed down — that was it. No discussion of care, no prices explained, no effort to provide decent customer service. I truly regretted leaving my dog there but felt stuck due to the holiday rush and lack of availability elsewhere. Moving forward, I will be using Rover instead and will never return to this facility. I would strongly advise other pet owners to look elsewhere for boarding or daycare services.

Great facility, great staff. They clearly care for the dogs, not only as a group but as individuals as well. I could tell when I picked up Buddy that he enjoyed his day. He fell asleep right after dinner, so he must have had a full day of play and exercise. Again, a great place.

We used the same pooch daycare for years in Lakeland even after moving to Tampa Palms, the last couple times our pups were there we weren’t happy so we set out to find a new fab place for them to call home while we travel. We worry about our senior dog who is deaf , 14 and very attached. When I say our two dogs had THE BEST TIME this past week I cannot express it enough! They were so well cared for, when I reached out a couple times to check in I was given great speedy follow up as well as pictures to show how much they were enjoying themselves. When we came to pick them up the love they were shown for the week was evident, they weren’t running for the door they were still playing and loving on everyone and to know the staff embraced them and room such great care of them made our hearts happy. THANK YOU for putting our minds at ease and taking such great care of Ernie & Sophie!

Best Doggy daycare out there!!!! My dog absolutely loves to go there for daycare and to stay overnight! The best part about Puppy Manor is they treat your dog like their own and there’s no cages! I definitely recommend taking your dog here. My golden retriever has been going there for eight years and I wouldn’t have her go anywhere else.
