I am sold on this organization. They have caring staff. The facility is immaculate. This is like a spa for dogs
WOW! I don’t think I can articulate our love, admiration & respect for this facility & everyone that works here. My girl & I have had major challenges with her heath since I got her. Shes had all her necessary surgeries & is now thankfully, healthy, safe & happy. As a result of her health issues, I am a CRAY MAMA now (ask them 😂) . She is my 5th dog but the one I’ve been most protective of w/who I let care for her .Well let me tell anyone that’s reading … if you have any question about your dog attending this place for daycare & being cared for here, put that doubt to REST. The entire staff (Jason, Kim, Drew, Lexi, Taylor & Phoenix) have become family to us. They love and care for my girl multiple days of the week so I can work & she can enjoy everything this facility has to offer & I have ZERO worries! If you want to send your dog to a daycare or need a place to board, I can’t recommend them enough ♥️♥️♥️
I cannot say enough about the staff here! They all love my pup just as much as I love her. My 9 year old dog started out as a grumpy little lady when going to daycare/boarding. Now she cannot wait to get out of the car to see her friends there. They give great suggestions and will call ASAP with any issues. They give great reports on how daycare or boarding went. My girl is always so happy and tired (in a good way) when I pick her up. I feel at ease boarding her here knowing she’s in great care. Big shout out to Jason, Lexi, and Drew…y’all are amazing!
Puppy Playhouse is literally the best! We moved a little farther away so our pup doesn’t get to stay and play as often, but every time we bring him the staff always knows him by name and are excited to see him. We appreciate how great they are with pup and he loves it there.l too!
They had my dog groomed in a very timely manner. They didn't hesitate to call me when they realized that he had a issue. Not only was I pleased with the service but also how well my dog was groomed. Very professional. Highly recommended. Wont be taking my standard poodle for a haircut anywhere else. Looking forward to starting daycare with their poodle gang, once he is updated on his shot record. 😊 this is my Echo a few days after his apt. They did exactly what I asked. I was so happy with it I called after to let them know! I have spent the same amount of money at other shops and have been very disappointed. NOT THIS TIME so happy the money I spent got me what I expected for ONCE. ty puppy playhouse staff.
