I called to have my dryer vented out of the side of my house and Chase came out and gave me a free estimate that day and was able to do the job within a week. It took him less than 2 hours and he did an amazing job! Cleaned up after himself, checked the dryer air flow, cleaned out the dryer hose, rerouted it, and installed a new outdoor vent cover. My wife and I recently smelled smoke coming from our dryer. We’ve always done our due diligence with cleaning the lint trap and were confused as to where the smell was coming from. Chase Lane found that lint had indeed recirculated inside of the dryer and ended up starting a small fire inside the dryer and/near the heating coil. Chase was able to diagnose the issue further and found multiple problems caused by the original installation including improper vent line installation and damaged outside exhaust connections. For a very reasonable price Chase fixed all of the issues and even helped spec out new parts to fix damaged parts on the dryer. It’s always a pleasure to meet knowledgeable and thorough experts. We’re grateful the issues were solved and the elimination of future fires resolved. We highly recommend Chase!
