Un entraînement complet du corps axé sur de petits mouvements isométriques pour tonifier les muscles et améliorer la flexibilité.
Une séance axée sur le cardio qui ajoute des mouvements dynamiques et des poids pour augmenter la force et l'endurance.
Une séance basée sur la résistance utilisant des bandes et des plateaux coulissants pour améliorer le contrôle musculaire et la stabilité du tronc.
Une séance axée sur la récupération avec des étirements et des techniques de respiration pour améliorer la mobilité et réduire les courbatures.
Propose une sélection de vêtements de sport et d'articles dérivés pour accompagner votre mode de vie d'entraînement.

I’ve been doing Pure Barre for almost 5 years, it’s one of my favorite things about my week! There’s different classes to accomplish different strengths and stretching, and I love that every class has people at different ages and levels of mobility. I love the songs, the vibe and the instructors are so sweet and encouraging, would highly recommend!

This is the best workout for overall health that I have ever done. Barre incorporates stretching, balance, core strength, flexibility, muscle control, breathing, and cardio. The workouts can be VERY challenging! But, isn't that what I am showing up for? It is! I love trying to keep good form with each movement and work to muscle fatigue. I experience some soreness weekly, and I love it. I can tell my clothes fit better because of this. I am able to eat as I like without ever gaining weight. I can also participate in activities with the kids and grands and never feel tired or out of breath. Lindsey, and her team, at Pure Barre Lubbock are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and encouraging. There are so many good reasons to try Pure Barre! You won't be disappointed.

Pure Barre is hands down one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. I leave every morning class feeling energized, accomplished, and ready to take on the day. ❤️ The constant change in the routines keeps your body challenged and unable to predict what exactly is next, which I love! - helping neuromuscular adaptation to kick in +faster toning and visible results. (I’ve heard this in a bunch of biohacking interviews, and I believe it; pure barre workouts by far tone me up the quickest 🫶/and makes me feel all around golden) I genuinely love their workouts. The environment is warm/welcoming, the instructors are super knowledgeable/supportive, and it’s just an all-around positive place to be. ❤️

Pure Barre is one of my favorite workouts that I have tried so far. I love that there are four different formats that very in focuses so I can choose a less intense workout for days that I may need recovery, or a more intense workout when I want to focus on more weight or more cardio. Additionally the staff at this location is so kind and welcoming. I really appreciate that they go above and beyond to focus on enhancing our form and making sure we’re getting the most out of our workout.
