Very nice, professional and punctual service. I was expecting a call 30 minutes before the arrival, as it was said on the phone when scheduling the appointment, but it was a surprise to get a knock on my door at 8am without the call. I wasn't expecting the price to be so high but I guess it costs what it costs. I washed dishes throughout the day and the water was hot enough (maybe what was left in the reservoir?!?) but when I went to take a shower at night the hot water was coming out colder. Something was left undone because the more I leave the hot water running, the colder it gets. I'm very frustrated to be left without hot water and having to wait for the following day to get a solution.
Shaun installed our new faucet and components and everything is now working. Our old faucet was failing. Thank you Shaun and Pure Plomberie inc.
Our hot water wasn't always working in our shower. Raed showed up on time, quickly diagnosed a bad cartridge, and fixed it in under an hour. Super knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced. Clean work and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Pure Plomberie was decent enough to return the next day and fix the poorly installed faucet by adding the missing backplate. They continued to dance around my inquiries about having adjustable shower flow like my old faucet, and I ended up just giving up on it. In the end, I didn't really get what I wanted, and I can't say I'm entirely satisfied with the whole experience. I won't be using their services again. ORIGINAL: I needed a shower valve replacement and Pure Plomberie came to do the job while I was away at work (wife was at home). When I got home to see the results I was disappointed with how it looked. The shower valve kit they installed was smaller than the previous one, and the back plate doesn't cover the hole on the wall. The gap was filled with a lot of silicon, and it's ugly as hell. Not only that but this is just going to disintegrate and cause water damage in the wall. What was installed seems like the most cheap and basic parts, and there is no volume control as my old valve had. I feel like I got ripped off, especially for how much I paid. Before this, it took a week of back and forth trying to settle on a date for an appointment, as they kept changing the date on me. The initially agreed date was pushed 2 times, and I had to wait an extra 5 days and continue taking cold showers.
