I have been going to PureRad for almost a year now and they are so amazing! I have had a multitude of treatments and their membership program is FANTASTIC! Dawn is always so welcoming and knowledgeable, she always answers all of my questions and helps me fully understand what we’re doing and the most likely outcomes. Ryan is fantastic with booking and always fun to talk to about all my treatment goals. They run an amazing practice and I will forever be going to the for all my aesthetic needs!
Unfortunately, I was not happy with my experience I left with a lot anxiety.I chose this place based on good reviews. I stated that my veins roll. I was probed a few times with no success. The Channels of communication should be more open if the practitioner is unable to perform blood draws. I had a lot of pain on my wrist that lasted through the night. I do appreciate that she was able to do another form of service.
Dawn and her husband Ryan were absolutely great to work with. Dawn scanned my skin and showed me how my skin compared to others my age and the areas that could be better. She walked me through the process step by step and took every measure to make me comfortable during what could be a very intense and painful procedure. I have been wanting to get this done for a while and am glad I chose Pure Radiance Medspa to do it!
Absolutely love! I had a wonderful experience Dawn. Super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Absolutely love my results! My lips look natural but fuller, exactly what I wanted. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy before I left. The after-care steps were explained to me before leaving. Already have my follow-up appointment booked!!
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Dawn! From the very first appointment, she made me feel heard and cared for. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly takes the time to understand your needs and goals. I’ve had multiple treatments with her including IPL, Morpheus 8, and fillers, every single one has been a positive experience with amazing results. I’ve gone to many different medical spas over the years in hopes of improving my acne scarring, but none of them have made as dramatic of a difference as Dawn has. The progress I’ve seen under her care has given me my confidence back. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a provider who truly goes above and beyond.
