Pure Technik Boxing Gym à Balcones Heights, TX propose un enseignement structuré de la boxe pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux. Soutenu par les entraîneurs Rios et Mays — boxeurs professionnels et entraîneurs olympiques — le gymnase met l'accent sur les fondamentaux, la discipline et une communauté accueillante. Des séances de groupe tout au long de la semaine allient conditionnement, travail sur les sacs et travail de pieds, avec une instruction inclusive qui aide chaque élève à progresser physiquement et personnellement.

Great coaches with compassion, understanding and love for the sport of boxing for all ages. My kids have been going here for about 2 years now they're 11 and 12 and have grown so much with the knowledge from the coaches of the sport of boxing and just in general. Thank u pure technik boxing 💓
Excellent gym!! The coaching staff is very prestigious and extremely knowledgeable, and the care they show for their students is second to none in San Antonio. Their current students are also very friendly and extremely accepting of new comers. This gym focuses a lot on fundamentals and they constantly change around the daily routine with conditioning, strength training, bag work and foot work drills. I want to give a specific shout out to Coach Karla, she’s really help me improve! If you’re looking to get into boxing there’s no better gym than Pure Technik
