Comprehensive Management with Great Communication. Q Realty is the best property manager I have dealt with over the years with a small portfolio of properties rented over the years. We were lucky to end up with them via a buyout of another real estate agent. They listen to you, act on your requests in a timely manner and suggest options. They are also patient with you and polite and professional, when perhaps you may not be quite so polite. A good list of tradies are on their list to call on for all sorts of maintenance issues. The regular inspections are not just ticking a box exercise. The recent cyclone caused damage to my property and the extra workload with other properties in the area also being damaged hardly slowed them down. Their backend systems are also good, giving end of years statements and having the ability to provide partial year statements. Contract renewals are smooth and their market knowledge helps you decide on what rent to charge. Their knowledge of the legislation is good, covering changes, like smoke alarms for instance, and it all helps take the load and stress off.
