Wow. What a delicious find. I’m not from the area but am just passing through and am so happy I stopped in! The Macha Latte is AWESOME. They use an unsugared matcha which is what I like. The decor is cute. Looks and feels super cozy. Happy people everywhere. I loved learning the Yemen history of coffee, too.
Stumbled across this hidden gem with my boyfriend and had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners. They were so kind to share their top recommendations, as well as a small tasting of their coffee. After exchanging friendly candor, we both decided to try the iced and hot pistachio latte. I will say the cold pistachio latte was my favorite although both were equally satisfying. The harrisa cake was delightful as well. It reminded me of a honey soaked corn bread, but between the two drinks, my threshold for sugar was capped. The cafe itself is a vibe as well. Very warm colors and lighting, beautiful patterned couches and earth toned wall art. So far I’ve visited twice and each time has been delightful Highly recommend!
Amazing places. I loved how warm and welcoming environment the place had. And the aroma of amazing cardamom and cinnamon mixed with authentic coffee..I had Qamari latte with chocolate moose cake, and it felt soo exquisite. The employees are also very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend going atleast once.
Wonderful service and staff! My pistachio latte was so delicious! I had some type of raspberry dessert! It was so beautiful that I didn't want to even eat/ break it open. The had other options. Mango, blueberry etc. I broke it open, it had the texture of a mousse but firmer in form! I would try the others as a curiosity. My son ordered their peach ice tea. He assumed it was sweetened. Not to a 16 year olds liking. That's not their fault. He said next he'll order and ask questions on how it made. He watched me eat and took on the place. I had already texted a friend and told her we were coming here next week for lunch! They definitely have a repeat customer!
You have to try this place! The coffee is amazing, but so was their matcha and tangerine refresher. The baked goods (savory and sweet) were out of this world! The vibe of this place is unmatched, the lighting and art is beautiful. There were people studying, spending time with family, and playing games there. All smiling and looking cozy. The staff is awesome! It was just such a lovely community space with an high quality of food and drink. I don’t know what more you could ask for.
