We have had Quality Plumbing out to our house twice since buying in fall 2024, so professional, so efficient, reasonable price. Took care of work on standpipe & discovered an open vent and missing trap that our inspector missed. Best we've had as homeowners since 1993.
Incredible company! We’ve used Quality for our heating service for a few years now but we just recently used their wonderful plumbing team to replace our water heater. Curtis L came out same day and replaced the water heater on one of the coldest days of the year. Super professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Incredibly grateful for this company.
Quality replaced my gas hydronic heat system and upgraded my electrical system. Their service was outstanding. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They answered calls, responded immediately, were on time, and cleaned up after their work. Greg (and assistant) did the furnace and Steve, Billy, and Carson did the electrical. All were professional, hard working, and delightful the entire time working. Highly recommend Quality!
Bryan was our service tech for our annual furnace inspection and tune up. He has been our tech on previous visits, and we once again had the same professional and friendly experience with him. He takes pride in his work, is very thorough, and makes sure we are fully aware of what was needed or done during his visits. We appreciate Bryan’s help and service, and we highly recommend him, and Quality as a whole for their service and expertise.
Excellent across the board. Tech was able to address and answer all of my many questions and concerns. But, for $200, it would be appreciated if my standard size filter(1×16×25) would have been replaced. In the past visits this was a perk freely done as a part of the service and at a much lower service cost. I think I will use my dirty furnace filter to block the dangerous rays from the sun as I save the planet.
