I needed a repair on a custom made gold medical alert bracelet. Kelvin told me it would probably take two days which made me uncomfortable since I don’t like to be without my emergency bracelet. But I decided to leave it anyway. I went across the street to pick up a prescription and by the time I was finished, I got a text alert saying my repair was done. Literally less than 30 minutes!! The repair is great, Kelvin was nice and I have found a new business to frequent! Highly recommend!
Please do not bother with this company. The lady in there is extremely rude. I first thought on my first visit she was having a bad day; however, I came in there 3 times following that and she still had a very bad attitude every single time. My last visit there I went in so she could fix my gold chain. She informed me that it should be ready by the end of day, which was a Friday. She never called back to inform me they could not meet the deadline. I visited the store that following Monday to check on the status, since it was in fact 3 days after the quote estimated time. She told me verbatim, "You're just going to have to be patient because we hate working on that style of chain because it is so tedious.” I asked her what style it was, and she rudely put her hand up and told me let her finish and proceeds to say, “If you don't feel like waiting, you can get a refund and have someone else to fix it.” I'm not sure why she responded in that matter because I was extremely polite, and she is the one who told me it would be ready 3 days prior. I should of took her advice and took it elsewhere. I got the chain back the following day. She used a black permanent marker on my gold chain to pinpoint where they needed to fix, and when my chain was returned the black marker was very visible. They did not even bother to clean it. I spent roughly $80 in repairs just for the chain to BREAK 2 DAYS LATER!!! The customer service was so bad an unwelcoming, I did not even bother to take it back. That chain/necklace is very symbolic to me so and I wanted it fixed ASAP so I did not bother to take it to another Jeweler. I took the chain to a Jeweler in Collierville, and it has been months the chain in still intact. Not only do they have horrible customer service, they also do bad work!
Went in to get a battery change on my mom watch. Store owner and staff disappeared to the back. I wanted to see a couple of pieces to possibly buy. My people are the worst people to own an run a business. Like one other consumer stated it's for maybe fixes and battery replacement which is very inexpensive an that's it because the staff is horrible and the selection pretty much is to.
Récemment, j'ai fait ajuster une nouvelle bague de fiançailles ici. Ils m'en avaient déjà ajusté une auparavant et ils avaient fait du très bon travail. Mais avec cette seconde bague, j'ai rencontré quelques problèmes. Le premier problème est survenu lorsque je l'ai fait ajuster il y a deux mois et dès le premier jour où je l'ai récupérée, une pierre est tombée. Je n’y ai pas prêté attention au début. Les pierres tombent des grandes bagues à pierres multiples tout le temps. Mais ensuite la bague s'est cassée et je l'ai apportée pour une réparation gratuite. Il a proposé de remplacer la pierre moyennant des frais tout de suite. J'ai refusé et j'ai récupéré la bague plus tard dans la journée. Une autre pierre est tombée le même jour. J'ai fait tester les pierres par le gars lors du premier ajustement et il a dit qu'elles étaient de vrais diamants. Mais c’est très étrange la façon dont il bidouille les bijoux pour potentiellement créer un autre problème. Je les ai recommandés par le passé. Définitivement pas maintenant.
