Shawn Hannusch came out to my place and evaluated my roof. He was professional and shared his experiences and expertise that made me feel very pleased having him redo our roof. Our new roof looks amazing and I'm so glad I went with shawn, thank you shawn and we'll call you for any future roofing needs. 5 star for sure.
Really enjoyed working with Paul. He arrived on time (and so did his crew). They completed the job on time and on the timeline we talked about. Results look great. They might not be the lowest offer on the table, but I happily paid slightly more for a job done right without hassle.
Our roof was installed in 2011, which was during a historic drought. The drought didn't break for some time afterwards. Coincidentally, when it did, we discovered a leak from the ceiling. My husband called Quality Roofing, concerned about the roof penetration just above where the leak was happening. The vent didn't seem to be installed properly and there was no boot around it. Quality Roofing blamed the leak on the headwall and decreed their roof installation correct, but "repaired" it anyway. Lo and behold, on tearing out the ceiling, my husband saw daylight. Through the roof penetration. The headwall was fine. He contacted Quality Roofing, which is now apparently a new company with coincidentally the exact same business name and personnel. They've been giving him a runaround for a couple of weeks. We don't have time for this. Nobody does. You can see in the pictures how they handled the penetrations. Some are right through the seam. None of them have boots, just sealant globbed on around the edges. And yes, that is daylight where the vent goes out.
Quality Roofing did a great job right from my first interaction. Paul was super responsive, and helped me navigate and insurance claim that I couldn’t understand. They were super efficient day of (I cannot believe a roof replacement can be done in one day!) and they were extremely professional when my neighbor came out yelling at them for the noise during the daytime hours - after 8am and done before 6! How can a roof replacement be quiet?! Anyways, would highly recommend Quality Roofing to any of my friends so I’m here to recommend them to you :)
Taylor and his team are top notch! They really care about the quality of their work, and work with you to explain options. We bought a house with a 30 year old roof, and Taylor walked us through everything he would recommend, while also explaining how we could make it last until we could afford a total replacement. Once we were ready to do it, they organized everything from attic vents, to a mason to fix the chimney, to gutters that would match the stone. The team were so sweet with our kids, and cleaned up each day so we could still play outside. We couldn't be happier!
