We visited over the long weekend last month, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful—even letting us use the bikes beyond the time limit. We truly had an unforgettable time, and the views were phenomenal. They honestly deserve more than 5 stars! We’ll definitely be back and use their service again. To the lady and gentleman who helped us—sorry, we forgot your names—but thank you so much for your kindness and warm hospitality.

E-bike rentals were only in one brand/style of bike and ready for us on arrival. They were flexible with our arrival time. The owners of business helped with all details to fit the bikes to our various heights and to instruct us on use, including the throttle feature. We practiced on the large grass area. We were also given various routes to choose from. NOTE: this is an island with no dedicated bike paths so you bike along the paved roads. A different e-bike than we’re used to, but good power and fun to take around the island on a slow traffic day.

Easy bike pick up/drop off and the owners of the business give you a good rundown of the island and a recommended itinerary with a map for your bike trip. However, you have the freedom to go and do as you please within the timeframe. Everything is explained, helmets are provided, and you are able to test the bikes in the parking lot before heading out. All in all, this was a great experience and a good way to see the island outside of tour groups so you can really personalize your trip outside beyond a set itinerary. 10/10 would recommend this each and every visit to the island!

This has been the best tour of our trip! We did a 3.5 hour e-bike tour all through farming lands and cute towns. We tasted maple syrup, berries, chocolate, wine and charcuterie. It has been the highlight of our trip. We loved the e-bikes because you can make it as easy or difficult as you’d like. Our tour guide was wonderful and shared many interesting facts about the area.

Our family of 3 rented the e-bike from Quebec Adventure Tour while visiting the city. It was the best decision we made! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the bike was well maintained. The staff provided multiple stops suggestions and each of them showcase distant aspects of the island from charming shops, breath taking scenery, to a tranquil retreat house. Ended with a winery visit and felt recharged from every day life. Highly recommended!
