Tim helped my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) and me design the most amazing engagement ring. From start to finish he has been nothing but informative, kind, and transparent through the entire process. I’m still in shock at how incredible the ring came out, I don’t know how I’m going to be waiting as long as I plan to propose because of how beautiful the ring turned out and the excitement to propose to my girlfriend and have her love the ring. I will always recommend Queen City’s Custom Jewelers to anyone and everyone. Seriously, the ring came out better than I could have ever imagined, but also, Tim and his team are simply some of the nicest and best people and everyone should be going here for their custom jewelry.
First time there and have zero complaints. Went to get my Grandfathers watch restored and Delaney took it into her hands to make sure it had excellent service and was well taken care of. Extremely fair price as well. Highly recommend to anyone also looking for repairs or maintenance!
