JJ and Dr. Kefer are wonderful. My daughter looks forward to her appointments and they are relaxed with full time and attention for whatever is needed. We always feel their thoughtfulness and genuine care and just downright friendliness as well as comfort with sensitive issues. Thank you to this conscientious team!
We love SPP! The providers and staff are wonderful! I have brought my 9 month old here since he was born and have received excellent care and support. We have always been able to get a same-day sick visit (at either the QV or Broad Street location) or quickly reach a provider after hours. Dr. Prettyman has been an amazing resource for me as a first time mom. Thank you SPP!
Dr. Jodi Kefer and her staff (shout out to JJ!) are some of the most professional, welcoming, kind, and informative pediatric professionals with whom I have interacted. I love having my kids seen by this practice and would highly recommend having your children seen by Dr. Kefer.
We absolutely love South Philly Pediatrics! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like family. Our daughter Paige adores coming here—she actually looks forward to her visits, which says everything about the care and environment they provide. Dr. Parker is exceptional—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen, answer every question, and truly partners with us in Paige’s care. It’s clear how much he loves what he does and cares about the kids he sees. JJ is also fantastic—he brings a calm and friendly energy that instantly puts both kids and parents at ease. Whether it’s taking vitals or helping during the visit, JJ is always patient and kind. We couldn’t imagine taking Paige anywhere else. If you’re looking for pediatric care that combines top-notch medical expertise with genuine compassion, South Philly Pediatrics is the place to be.
We love JJ and Dr. Parker! We've been going to this location since my daughter was a couple days old (she's now 18 months) and have seen a few pediatricians, though we consistently see Dr. Parker and he's been great. He provides all the information we need, is willing to answer any questions we have, and he's got a wonderful bedside manner. JJ is also the best front desk person! He's so friendly and helpful, we always look forward to seeing him in the office.
