Thank you, Kenny! I had a mishap with my laptop and dropped it on a tile floor. UGHHHH! I took it into the store early Monday without calling and spoke with Kenny. He asked to keep the computer and have it disassembled awaiting the arrival of the new screen/parts. I needed the computer back by Wednesday morning at 9am for a presentation. I received call the next day about 4pm to come pick it up!! WOW! What a delight! Quick Connect Computer Services is the ONLY way to go! Thank you, again!

He came over the same day; another company backed out at the last minute that day, after I'd taken off work and made an appt over two weeks prior. When I call Quick Connect, I get a person who answers the phone and everyone is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Quick Connect!
Kenny opened the office 10 minutes early when he noticed I arrived early. He found my computer problem immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes. He let me watch the repair and answered all questions! I was on my way in no time. Outstanding work AND customer service! Thanks Kenny!!
I came in last minute from a referral of another pc company. My computer got hacked in the middle of working from home on a Friday before they were about to close. They were so friendly and caring. I had concerns of getting it done soon as possible but understood it usually takes 2buisness days at best. One of the employees came later that Friday to get it fixed for me to pick up the next Saturday morning! Thank you so much, means a lot to me and would recommend them to anyone.
I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs to have their computers built, fixed, or serviced. I have been coming here for the last 2 years after having them build my computer. They do pretty much anything I need done at a very reasonable price. They are also extremely flexible and will work with whatever issues you have. This business doesn't just take your money and send you off, they make sure that you are satisfied with your product that they gave to you. Please give this place your business if you want a stress free computer build, service, or fix as said earlier.
