Love this shop and have been going there since even when I was younger my parents took stuff to this same shop and all these years later I return always there for any watch repairs or jewelry custom work to be done. Adrian Salgado the designer is amazing and takes the time to ask questions and make sure he puts out what I have envisioned in my own mind, and their pricing is not only fair it’s what makes this little shop for everyone and would highly recommend them for all watch and jewelry repair and custom design. Hopefully one day they will be able to work on Citizens because that’s most of or 50% of my watch collection and they do such great work on Rolex’s and others. Hint hint Quickset get Citizen to make you their TX send to because I trust you and your team clearly with all my needs.
The customer service was excellent and a gentleman doing a fixing and cleaning on my watch was a gentleman and made it look brand new. Come them if you need your jewelry cleaned or fixed. Marissa, their names are Mike and Marissa
I took one of my wife's garments to be altered and when I went to pick it up they were claiming that a part of the chain was missing and they didn't have it ready after 2 business days. I told them to give everything to the jeweler and they didn't know where the other part of my garment was and in the end they ended up making a part for the garment that was actually complete crap and to top it off they got angry and spoke to the client with attitudes.
