Ive used RS Coachworks a few times now over the years with different cars, raja always makes sure that the work carried out is to a high standard and very competatively priced. On this occassion hes managed to remove scratches stretching one side of my car. To add, he also went the extra mile and fixed a little leather stain i had requested. Raja is an absolute pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.
Raja and his team did a wonderful job of smoothing out a significant dent in the back door of my Citroen. Quickly done and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
Raja fixed both a cracked rear bumper and a badly scratched front bumper on my car. The work was carried out promptly and to an excellent standard. Very professional & friendly service. Good communication and competitive price. Highly recommend.
Used RS Coachworks a little while ago to fix some damage caused to my car after someone clipped it while it was parked in the street and didn’t leave their details. Had to have a section of the front bumper and the front drivers side wing repaired and re-painted as a result. Second time I’ve had Raja and his team undertake bodyshop work for me now and both times from start to finish I’ve been very happy with the quote and the quality of the workmanship. With 20 years experience Raja gives you confidence that he knows his trade well. Will use him again if I need any repairs carried out in future.
Absolutely disgraceful. I heard such good things about Raja and his team although I clearly didn’t get that side of their work. I took my car in to have two dents fixed, one on my driver’s side and the other on the boot. I didn’t realise how much work was involved until being told it’s going to require spot welds, filler, sanding, respray, polish etc. Initially I thought that was all a bit much for two minor dents but I’m no professional, so I took their word for it. 2 days after dropping my car off, I received a call saying that my car was ready along with some photos of the process. I immediately noticed the badge had been removed and had a bad feeling. After getting to their shop, I was amazed with the high quality work that was done. Magic. Both dents gone. They’d even washed the car which was a kind touch. Once getting into my car, I noticed it was extremely dusty all over the seats and steering wheel etc. Fair enough, it’s a body shop.. Things get dusty. I didn’t think too much of it but once I got home, I looked closer at the work done and I wasn’t impressed. For starters, you can see that work has been done, it’s not a flawless repair. I understand, nothing will be ‘new’ again but I’d been told it’s possible by all the recommendations. Additionally, there was a lot of paint reside on the rear badge (logo) as well as scratches and scuffs. The badge was removed during the work process and after reapplying quite a lot of glue residue was left. Extremely sloppy work. I messaged Raja and got no response. It feels as if now that our business is finished, I don’t exist to him anymore. Quite hurt to be honest. I was advised by someone to apply an adhesive remover to remove the glue residue which I thought was a good idea. After applying a minor amount, I noticed the new ‘paint’ coming off. I immediately stopped as I didn’t want to make things any worse than they already are. Now I’m left with an extremely poor looking repair job. I am absolutely fuming. I would have been better off just throwing £350 out my window.
