Great customer service! Very friendly not pushy and I was welcomed with smiles throughout the whole process!! The gentleman Andy that greeted me at the start was awesome- great smile 😊 Esmeralda offered friendly help as well! The gentlemen that guided me into the car wash was very friendly and smiley as well! Thank you for the great experience!

Raceway Carwash absolutely crushed it today. The place was organized, everything felt smooth, and the experience was fun from start to finish. But the real shoutout goes to Kevin. Kevin didn’t just do his job, he set the tone. The second I drove up, he was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely engaged. He noticed details without being asked, explained things without sounding rehearsed, and somehow made a routine carwash feel like a party. You can tell he cares that people drive away happy, not only about clean cars. That positive energy turns a quick stop, into a reason to come back. Raceway Carwash is lucky to have him, and honestly, he’s the kind of person who makes the whole place better just by his upbeat presence.
I love Raceway Car Wash! Scottsdale and McKelllips is my location, Kevin’s customer service can’t be beat! I come for the friendly and helpful staff & great wash experience!
From the first time past, it’s been amazing every time. The first time I went, it was within 30 minutes of closing and the Assistant Manager (Jay I think. Sorry if I’m incorrect.) was great. He helped me with perfect customer service. Even tried to get the left over sticker residue off of my window from a previous car wash membership I had. As someone who has worked in customer service for 15 years, it really is nice to see people who take pride in providing service to a high degree. The member ship has and is definitely worth it. Overall, great place and I’ll continue to use their services.
