Had a brilliant experience with the team. I was buying a new wedding stack but was unable to come into to the shop physically. The team were so responsive and helpful - you could tell they really cared - and advised me on sizing and delivery. The rings fit perfectly, are beautifully crafted and I couldn't be happier!

I love this brand. I have about half a dozen pieces and my partner has one also. The deigns are elegant but unique and meaningful. The customer service is also exceptional - I stupidly broke one of my delicate chains and they sorted it right away. Thank you from a loyal and happy customer!
This company is a five star jewellers without question in every area. Not only are the pieces majestically beautiful but they are made with love and care at a great value. If that wasn’t more the enough the customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced across the world. All the ladies that you reach out and contact are so helpful and super friendly. I just received my first necklace from Rachel Entwistle jewellery and the quality and design are absolutely stunning! I can already tell the alchemy rotary pendant will be a staple in my collection and I’ll definitely be back to buy more pieces in the future. The service is top notch, as well! The staff were very kind and informative when answering my questions and they proactively helped me navigate a customs clearance issue that arose during delivery. I couldn’t recommend this shop more!
