10/10 on this salon! This was my first time actually going to a hair salon on a regular basis and it was absolutely amazing! I had Morgan as my stylist and she was friendly and always excited to get started on my hair. The prices are affordable, and I looked forward to seeing everyone for my appointments. Sad that I had to leave the place due to moving but if I ever find my way back to Memphis I will be going here for my hair 😄
This salon in centrally located in the downtown are a short walk from most ares. Professional clean and the atmosphere is unique and welcoming. I highly recommend Terry for your hair care needs.
My niece, Evie has leukemia and just began her journey with St. Jude on January 6th. She said she wanted a bob with bangs before she loses her hair. My sister was told Rachel’s is a great place. She called and they got us in. Morgan was such an angel for being so sweet to my 5 year old niece. Thank you so much! Your kindness will never be forgotten by my family!
Hayley is AMAZING! I've gone to her several times and had a special request for my appointment today, and she took well care of me! She makes my hair look wonderful each time! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!
I was in town traveling from Florida to attend my step sons wedding . I knew I had to do my research to find the best place to go to make my hair look it’s best. I sent an email and they promptly emailed me back to schedule a phone call to go over what exactly my expectations were. I went there for both my rehearsal dinner and ceremony looks. They were very safe, wore masks the entire time, took my temperature and asked all of the appropriate questions. Terri was my stylist and she was amazing. She kept in touch with me for months with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was perfect. I was so pleased to have done my research and found this place. Thanks to everyone at Rachel’s for the amazing service and professionalism.
