This was my first time at Radiant Waxing! Victoria provided waxing services for me and she was amazing. I’ve been getting facial waxing for years, but never had this quality of wax before. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for providing amazing service.

Do NOT ever get a membership at this place. I signed up and later went in in person to cancel. A week later, I was still charged. It took me days to reach anyone because they never answer the phone. When I finally got through, they told me my cancellation was never processed but said they would “talk to their manager” about issuing a refund. It’s now been another week and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried calling again and, as usual, no one answers—ever. This has been extremely frustrating, and it looks like I’ll have to go back in person just to get this resolved. Terrible customer service and zero communication. Avoid this place at all costs.

I called for a Brazilian wax and they were able to get me in quickly! I haven’t had one in a long while but Shunna was amazing! Made me feel comfortable and it went by so fast! Love the results!

Atmosphere is cute and very calming. Shauna is always upbeat and pleasant and is the best at keeping my brows on point…especially on the days when I want to keep my makeup at a minimum, I still get compliments.

I’ve been waxing 20 years and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It started with the eye roll when I walked in the door then got a condescending attitude. I didn’t realize you only use soft wax. I would have passed. That’s ancient way of doing it. Hadn’t felt that much pain in years. And yes, ripped skin to prove it! Eyvett only took 20 minutes for a procedure that is advertised as 45 minutes. With my experience it is impossible to do a correct manzilian in only 20 minutes. Obviously, there is still a lot missed hair everywhere. But I couldnt ask to go back over it because my skin was raw and already ripped. She said I had stubborn hairs. That’s funny. She asked to tweeze so I thought cool she is going to be thorough and pluck the missed ones the ineffective wax didn’t remove. But she pulled maybe 5 hairs. Now, I will have to go somewhere else to get the missed hair removed when my skin has healed. I would definitely not recommend this place. Then I was charged $101! Website says $89!
