Someone from HQ should come mystery shop this place. From the moment we walked in it was such a disappointing experience. All tables were dirty, chicken on the floor, water spilled on the floor, asked to clean table but we ended up doing it ourselves. The girl taking our order didn’t even say hello and someone else stepped in to finish taking our order. The employees were joking around behind and front of counter, one even spilled his cup of ice on the floor next to a customer. Didn’t clean up, I can still see the puddle of melted ice by the register. They said they ran out of plates so they gave us the dine in order in to go boxes. Just not what you expect from the brand. Bad service, bad atmosphere, small chicken pieces. The restroom was also dirty.
Prices are way too hiked and the chicken fingers keeps getting smaller and smaller. Total rip off if you ask me. It was good when they first came out, not anymore. Chicken has no flavor taste is super bland, they are super stingy with the fries as well. There are other chicken finger places which are much better. Thumbs down for me! 👎👎

Asked for no salt fries due to allergies I also asked for extra crispy. They made me wait and I waited 15 minutes when I got home my order had extra salt. I specifically asked for no salt at the window and I heard the person in the back the Cook acknowledge the no salt. I witnessed their frustration of having to do extra work before they told me to park my car. I had an allergic reaction to to them purposely putting salt on my fries when I specifically asked for no salt this is unacceptable. This is why I’m leaving a one star review.
The only reason I’m leaving a review is because of AD — his uplifting energy made the whole experience better. Service was quick, friendly, and smooth, and the food came out just right. While I was enjoying my Cane’s, my NOVA vehicles were out earning me passive income. That’s the beauty of it — put your car on autopilot and collect payouts. Earn passively. Drive different.
