I've been visiting Michael since moving to London around nine months ago and like most when trying to find a barber in a new city, there is always a degree of nervousness. That was completely wiped away when welcomed by him and the other barbers into their store. Michael took the time to genuinely listen to me, the style I was looking for and is a whizz in his craft. He's extremely polite and a great person to have a chat with, where I felt super comfortable and will not go for haircut to any other barber shop in London. Best of all, for those guys with medium or longer hair, which will require layers or intense scissor work, you genuinely won't find a better barber in London - he does it all! Highly highly recommend and very reasonably priced for their services!
The service and staff were friendly and attentive, but the basic detailing was not up to standard. I asked for a low taper fade, and the finish did not meet expectations.
I took my 1 year old son to Ravens for his very first haircut, and it was nothing short of amazing. My son is usually a big crier, so I fully prepared myself for a tantrum but to my surprise, he was absolutely calm and didn’t cry at all. It was truly the best experience I could have asked for. My son felt safe, which hardly ever happens in situations like this, and that made all the difference. The atmosphere was great, and Nando did an excellent job with him. customer service here was amazing. We will definitely be back!
The Raven was excellent! Giulia, the lady who cut my hair, was nothing short of excellent. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided valuable suggestions that were understandable. Her skill and attention to detail were impressive, making me feel confident throughout the cut. The atmosphere in The Raven is fantastic, and the other staff members were equally brilliant and nice.
I had my first haircut at Raven today with Davide and couldn’t be happier with the result. He was incredibly informative throughout the process, which immediately put me at ease. I knew right away I was in great hands. Davide is a truly skilled barber. Highly recommend, and thanks again!
