my property was previously managed by Uniloge and they had kept ii vacant for 4 weeks, and the room had been left dirty since the previous tenant moved out. So I terminated with Uniloge and passed the property to Raywhite which is currently looking after my other property in the same building. Emma from Ray White City Living has demonstrated impressive professionalism: quickly taking over from Uniloge, meticulously inspecting the premisses, arranging for professional cleaning, placing advertisement, and screening suitable tenant. Everything was completed perfectly. My property is officially leased within one week.
