This is the type of place that you could get lost in. It’s like a wonderland of interior design ideas and beautiful furniture. The employees were very attentive and willing to help in any way. The prices are pretty high compared to places like HomeGoods, but there is a massive selection of everything and the quality is undeniable.
The color of the bed is very much a creamy color in bright white lighting. I recommend a box spring if you like higher beds. Very soft fabric. The building part of it was ok the wood panels are just drilled into the bottom sides of the bed and not onto each other. I love it honestly.
Poor delivery service this time around. We’ve had pleasant experiences with previous deliveries. This morning received a text that our fridge would be delivered 12-2pm. I took out all the food of the old fridge around 1 pm thinking they would be here soon. Delivery did not happen until 5:30pm. Most of my frozen food had thawed. A notification about being behind schedule would’ve been nice. Next issue was getting the fridge inside. Not sure what they hit the fridge on but it caused a big dent. I asked one of the guys as they were putting it in the spot, what about that dent? He said oh that shouldn’t be a problem. I also asked them if they could do me a favor and put my old fridge outside. They looked at it said the old one looked bigger and wouldn’t fit through my door. The new one was 33 cubic ft and the old one 28 cubic ft 🤦🏻♀️. After that they left. A few minutes after they left, they called me. He said if you have any issues and need to have your fridge replaced for whatever reason to call the store. He then had the audacity to say “you shouldn’t have issues though because we’re very good at our job.” My husband came home and pulled out the fridge, from the side the dent didn’t look bad but straight on it’s terrible. Delivery men did a poor job of getting it out of truck and into the house. They also did not install the water line correctly because there was a big puddle under the fridge. We called the store and asked for a replacement. Next delivery date is Wednesday 12/10, it was delivered today 12/5. Be diligent and watch your appliances as they enter your home if Diego and Eduardo are your delivery men.
Blaine Tidwell was our sales associate and was so intelligent about the furniture. He was patient in showing us a number of options. We bought a sectional and fireplace!! Great service and quick pick up at the warehouse as well!! Really nice showrooms as well!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the absolute best experience with our carpet installer, David. He arrived first thing in the morning and worked straight through for 7 hours without even taking a lunch break. (Which I felt bad about and didn’t realize he skipped his lunch until I got here when he was done) He managed to rip out and install carpet in three rooms with incredible efficiency and care. David went the extra mile by sending me photo updates of the subfloors, which I really appreciated since our home was built in 1920 and I’ve always been curious what was underneath. Let’s just say the old carpet was doing a great job of hiding some uneven areas, especially in the master closet. We also have a tricky step-down into our living room that needed an extra piece for a smooth curve. David didn’t have the right piece with him that day, but he came back first thing the next morning and fixed it in 10 minutes. Being 7 months pregnant, I was stressed about having carpet replaced, but David made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. His professionalism, hard work, and attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind. I can’t recommend him highly enough and I hope RC Willey appreciates him and takes good care of him. We’ve had a lot of bad luck with contractors and he is NOT one of them. When we go to replace our downstairs I hope we can hire him again!
