I recently visited your establishment to have the screen replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Unfortunately, after the repair, I noticed that my screen started turning purple. I promptly informed your team about the issue, and the phone was repaired again. However, following the second repair, my device began overheating and shutting down unexpectedly. Given that my phone was only a week old at the time of service, these problems are deeply concerning. When I requested to have my original screen put back and to receive a refund, I was met with resistance and was informed that the issue was my responsibility rather than yours. I believe that as a customer, I should receive a service that meets professional standard.

I trusted the reviews and good customer service offered in the beginning of the interaction. I paid cash, for a screen replacement and the screen of course. I’m not a technician but outright the screen was not installed correctly, the home button was not being responsive the screen showed a scam all scratch. I in a hurry, I only checked it briefly when I returned to pick it up and completed the payment which apparently had raised because of the screen being hard to acquire. So I took it home didn’t even use the device for about a week just sitting on a shelf. So about a week later I take my time and go back to the kiosk and immediately the guy is acting like he didn’t even see me a few days prior. He asked me for the receipt, very well knowing he never disposed of one. I only asked to repair it properly and Muhammad dismissing me pointed me to an other Muhammad who I had to contact but apparently his on vacation in another country. I’ve patiently waited to get contacted by anybody, and no one seems to take responsibility for the screen replacement.the home button seems to be below the screen not fully responding and in the picture you can see a crack that has developed since I picked it up with a small scratch.
