I recently had Real Appliance Repair install our new cooktop, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. They were right on time, which is always appreciated. Dimitrii (the technician) was an absolute pleasure to work with — super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got the job done incredibly fast without cutting any corners, and the new cooktop looks perfect in our kitchen. I can highly recommend Real Appliance Repair — and specifically ask for Dimitrii if you can!
Fantastic experience with Dmitri from Real Appliance Repair! He was knowledgeable, flexible, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to work with. Our GE washing machine issue was resolved within just a couple of days (including sourcing the needed part). We’ll definitely be using their services again!

Ross was so wonderful! He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose, fully clean and put back together my washer! And then came back AFTER HOURS the same day with the needed part to fix it! I wasn’t expecting the same day, much less after hours! I will definitely use Real Appliance Repair again! (And request Ross in the future!)
Dimitri was very friendly and courteous as we had our toddler sleeping in the room right next to the dryer. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and why every step along the way. I am very happy with his professionalism and ability to diagnose and fix our frustrating dryer issue in a matter of a couple hours. I will definitely be using him and his company again.
