It is a privilege for me to be able to come today and present this review. I got myself into a bind when I bought a mobile home in an RHP Property park in Wichita, KS. I'm getting on in years and I'm in my third act at this point. So I had no idea what I was going to do when my roommate had a heart attack and was forced to move in with family. That left me with one income and rapidly rising lot rent, annually. As of this writing it has gone up to almost $550 a month. That's more than $100 more than it was when I moved in 5 years ago. It was supposed to be affordable housing. I called my mortgage company and they were unable to help or advise me on how I could help myself. I contacted RHP Properties who was unable to help me, or advise me on how I could help myself. So I made a few phone calls and I ended up speaking with Matt Culver with Real Estate Rescue. I believe that God led me to Matt. Everyone I spent time with who was employed by Matt was amazing. They made me feel special and they empathized with my situation. Matt was diligent and found a buyer for my property. When I informed RHP Properties that I would be selling to an investor, they suddenly had an epiphone. Maybe they can help me after all? They would rather not have an investor buy my home and haul it out of their park. Matt was very gracious and although we had a contract, he was willing to work with me and do anything he could to help me be able to land on my feet. I am so very grateful to Real Estate Rescue and to Matt Culver. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking a buyer for their property, as is. These are truly good people which are hard to find in this world today. I want to wish them well in all of their endeavors and to express my gratitude for the goodness that they have shown to me.
