Kerri & Owen take those extra steps to make it more than just listing, showing and selling the house. Even during this stage when the market has cooled they were still successful in selling our home in a remarkably short time. This was vital because we moved quickly into the expensive Boston area and would have had a difficult time paying both our mortgage and high rent. After the inspection we found the deck needed significant repairs, in our absence, Owen arranged a contractor to make repairs and did all the work to make the house ready for sale. The Realty One Group Apex truly goes above and beyond, easing the stress of moving, especially for the military family who often move in a short timeframe. I highly recommend using them!
