Especially Great at the Beginning of the Process. We found Kristin to be very helpful with a lot of the process of the sale. Her market knowledge seemed good, as well. Especially at the beginning, the process went smoothly and we got quick responses and feedback. This was particularly helpful since we are out of the area and were purchasing a place for my mom to live in. A lot of the early documentation went really well, and docusign processes were smooth and prompt. We had a good calendar for what to expect in the closing process. Things stayed on this timeline. We did find that some of the follow-up at later points in the process was not as great as we expected. Responses to requests came slower at the end. We do not know why this is the case, but it was not good from our perspective. Also, some of the items which we had believed she had checked on and did make representation to us (inclusion of electricity in the HOA fee), it turns out were not as we had been informed. Unfortunately, we found out the correct information after the sale was completed. We are unsure whether the problem came from our agent's not following through on our request or deliberate misrepresentation from the seller, but it did leave us not very happy. All in all, a successful process, but we do feel that communication was not as great at the end as at the beginning.
Amazing Realtor! . Alex went above and beyond for our family. I had a very specific list of what we were looking for and she did not give up until we found what we wanted. Even more, she made it happen in such a short amount of time. She fought so hard for us when hiccups happened along the way and made sure that our family was well taken care of. She explained, in depth, step by step the entire process ahead of time and in real time. She was very transparent with everything we were doing and had a very good way of calming nerves when anxiety arose. Alex is extremely reliable and up front. I don’t do sugar coating and Alex knew that going in to things. She was able to meet the level of abruptness and transparency that I needed. She was able to communicate very quickly and fluently to me especially when I had questions about certain things. She was ALWAYS quick to fit me in to her schedule to go do a showing or paperwork. Alex went above and beyond and I will forever and always recommend her to do any selling, buying, or rentals to everyone I know.

Alexandria Music is very knowledgeable and helpful . Alexandria helped every step of the way. This was our first home in Idaho. She showed us several houses that fit our criteria, and always helped us understand how each house would affect our mortgage.
