Found The whole process of applying Organising pre-sale funds, very straightforward and seamless. Ciara Was particularly helpful over the phone explaining the process, validating payment and sending out a contract. It is the second time I have used RealtyAssist and find it to be such a great service.

Worst first experience with this credit company. They did not ask the important credit related questions up front which determine whether people can get deferred payment facilities. they wanted all personal information upfront (for their database) and then made excuses to not approve the deferred facility making it impossible to proceed unless an upfront payment is made (and we are talking thousands of dollars) . As a client of the real estate company I was inundated with multiple email copies of the marketing invoice which added pressure to get it paid before the property could go online with advertising. Additional Admin fees were not disclosed transparently on top of the interest fee originally disclosed for deferred payments before being expected to pay. These types of funders will have detrimental longer term effects on the real estate company’s that use them in order to guarantee payment of their marketing costs. People in the position of needing to defer marketing costs until their properties are sold are put into an impossible position with the tactics being used to pressure them into upfront payments. In my case the only option to pay was through this particular company for payment. I could not pay the real estate company directly in any way shape or form. Be careful as many estate agents appear to be using this company in order to guarantee their costs. Just an update: I was contacted by the National Credit Manager who indicated that the company was in the process of updating their systems and information based on my review. He shared my concerns for the inaccurate information and indicated that they had not realised the issues fully until they read my review.
