Literally almost died and my wheel fell off my vehicle but let me get a magic carpet and fly to my appointment........ I wouldn't support this establishment for nothing. Old and super out dated. Parking lot is too small for shared parking unless you want your car doors banged up. Luckily there are better spots that offer water bed massage, swimming pool and newer looking especially...... big difference in different locations. Glad there are OPTIONS......
They were all caring and professional and answered all my questions. Helped me in my knee replacement recovery in a very positive environment!
This place is HORRIBLE!! my mother was referred by her doctor for this place, the first couple sessions were OK, but recently the last two appointments we had a death in our family and couldn't call to cancel the appointment, once everything was settled. I wanted to reschedule my mother for new appointment and they said they couldn't take us because of no-shows the appointment, which was only twice , we didn't know that this was never shared to us from them, the beginning of my mother sessions. telling me we have to speak to the manager to reschedule my mother for her sessions, her left arm has been giving her a lot of pain, I've called several times and I would just get the answer of. We will call you back. Will call you back and nothing happens. No one callbacks I can see display few stars, horrible people!!
If I could give 10 stars I would. These people have gone above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and getting your exercises in correctly. I had a great experience with Dayna 😁 and the rest of the crew. All were kind curtious,friendly and professional. Thank you team keep up the great work. 😁👍🏻
The therapist is amazing. The office manager not so much. Does not take in to consideration of family emergencies and general things that happen in life. It doesn't matter if you've been in pain for years and finally started to feel some relief from the suffering. It's more frustrating to have hope that you'll be better and then have that taken away. Three strikes and you're out. It doesn't matter if you cancel either if it's not exactly 24 hours ahead of time it counts against you as a no show. It doesn't matter if a family member is having a severe medical emergency and you have to wait with them for help to arrive and miss your appointment. No compassion from here. Don't try this place to get your hopes up only to be cast to the side for uncontrollable circumstances.
