I’m so bummed. I was charged $140 for a simple length adjustment on my dress and I still tripped over the fabric the day of my sister's wedding. I’m so frustrated to spend this type of money for the dress to not be hemmed how I asked it to be. I wore the same shoes for the hemming as I did for the wedding. There were 2 other bridesmaids at the wedding that told me they only spent $45 in the neighboring area. Positives - I did think the facility was clean and the employees were kind.

Wonderful experience and customer service! Had an emergency where my pet took off a tuxedo button the same day of a black tie event in the evening. I walked in, explained my situation, and they understood completely. Fixed it right on the spot in just a few minutes, and free of charge. The very definition of customer service!

Took three pair of jeans to be hemmed and just picked them up. The look okay but the seam felt weird. After looking at it, they cut off the original bottom and attached it higher up on the leg which I've now learned is the original hem. Now the tapered leg is wrong, you feel the extra thickness at the ankle, and you can never put one cuff in the jeans for boots or anything. I would recommend you decide exactly what you want and tell them before leaving them. FWIW, they charged the same price as if I had the hem rebuilt at Levi's in NorthPark Mall.

The best place in the DFW to tailor your clothing! I found them on Tiktok 2 years ago and I go nowhere else and trust noone else. I love the family vibe, the quality, thoroughness, timeliness, price, and always laughing. If you're still looking for a reliable tailor, look no futhur. This is the shop! They tailored my entire closet after loosing weight. So thankful!

Came in to get a few inches taken off of an expensive gown with sequins and was quoted $200. Bc I needed it for an event coming up and had been recommended this place I thought maybe I was out of touch with the pricing now for tailor services. They said I could get a discount if I leave a review (before the service was even completed so I wonder how many of these “reviews” are real) I requested we please be mindful of the fringe beading while shortening the length and they did not. I had to spend time fixing it because it looked cheap when I got it back with some clearly cut with now sharp edges (see photo for dress style) Over charged for a poor job will not be coming back!
