Red Noland performed work on our Toyota Tacoma following severe body damage due to a hail storm. The work was done efficiently and most importantly, was guaranteed. Only after we moved out of state did we identify an issue with the repair. We reached out to Red Noland and worked with a local certified Toyota repair shop to assess and document the issue. When presented with the assessment, Red Noland agreed to pay all costs to rectify the issue and restore the vehicle to its original condition. As an active duty military family we move often and I can't express how thankful we are that Red Noland stood behind their guarantee. That kind of integrity and customer service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!
Top notch, service, work and overall experience. This is the only certified Tesla dealer in all of Colorado Springs, so I was a little worried. But David and his team over Nolan exceeded expectations, not only got the job done on my car back to me before the estimated time. They worked with my insurance company for me so I didn’t have to hustle with them on the phone to ensure that the claim got paid. It was absolutely a tremendous experience and I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely refer all my collision needs moving forward!
They were amazing to work with! Jacob was my POC and he updated me throughout the process, consulted me when needed and kept everything as transparent as possible. Communication was fantastic! The work is also great! My car looks amazing! Would absolutely come again if needed and will recommend them to anyone who needs a collision center.

My Nissan ARIYA looks phenomenal! Just like it was when I purchased it a month prior to my accident. David and the team were wonderful with great communication throughout. They were prompt with contacting my insurance company and getting things handled and taken care of. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating every time I was in the shop.
