We are a very small IT company in Edmonton. As such, we don't have enough specialized people for all the business related tasks that need addressing, particularly accounting. The Red Seal team has been great! We were way behind and they stepped in and took over our backoffice functions. They got our accounting caught up, worked with our clients to get our AR back under control, and have helped us get a way better understanding of our business. We now get monthly financial reporting, our cashflow is greatly improved with clients paying us in a timely manner, and we have a better handle on our margins. My husband and I started working with Dawn and David a couple of years ago. My husband had recently retired and we were looking for some guidance and advice on financial planning. With David’s help and some financial tools we were able to see what our monthly spend was and where we could save by making changes in our day to day lives. We’ve continued to use these tools to keep us on track. When I inquired about additional insurance, Dawn reviewed what we had in place and assured me we were in good shape rather than selling us something we didn’t need.
