From the very beginning the ladies in office made it a very easy and comfortable experience. I was concerned that my project was too small for them but I was ensured that great care would be taken. I needed 6 chairs re-strapped and foam adjusted. The final result exceeded my expectation and very satisfied.
I was very happy with my whole experience with redesign upholstery. I got updates all the time. There were lots of choices of fabric. The project was done in a timely manner and turned out beautiful!!! I will definitely recommend!!!
I had a nice desk here that the arm had been chewed up when it banged against the handle on the drawer. I asked redesign upholstery to repair the arm they match the fabric perfectly and they fixed it up it was back with me in less than a week and I had told him it was no rush so I got it back much faster than I expected. Brought it home and it looks great in my office and now I have my desk here back. For the price they quoted me a price many months ago and even with inflation and everything going on with the tariffs they honored that price. I was very happy with that.
We needed our outdoor cushions, reupholstered, and found Redesign Upholstery on Yelp. This process was really easy and seamless. I love the fact that you can get a quote online by providing pictures of your project. Customer service was amazing. We are so thrilled with the outcome of our cushions. We decided not to just have the cushions reupholstered, but to change all the foam inside the seat and back cushions. They turned out beautiful!! Redesign Upholstery were not only easy and fabulous to work with, they are true professionals.! I highly recommend Redesign Upholstery for any upholstery project you have.
We needed 2 small jobs done ( reupholstering 4 ladder back chairs and a window seat cushion) and we were treated like they were huge expensive jobs. Mario expertise on design resulted in picking out the perfect material. The work was perfect and done quickly for a very reasonable. Veronica kept us abreast of the progress and helped us retrieve the items that were perfectly wrapped so they arrived home without being soiled. We will definitely use them again.
