Been going to this gym with my dad for over a year and always a great energy and the coach is always willing to help anyone from new guys to experienced fighters.
I’ve been coming here with my child for the past few months, carefully observing the culture and coaches. I can confidently say I recommend this gym to all of those who are looking for a positive environment for their child or for themselves. Coach B and his family are very welcoming, make you feel at home, and treat you with respect. They treat your child with respect too, giving them the proper tools to grow as fighters and as people. My child’s will and discipline has only grown in this setting. She always says this is her favorite class out of all the ones she takes. The gym is military owned and a lot of Coach B’s exercises take me back to better days. Very military & veteran friendly gym. He has a great way of connecting with his kids. This is the man of a “FAMILY” included boxing gym with kids from 3-18 and adults with family discount plans . Just rethink the decision to have your family attended this boxing gym because he may have a smile but behind close doors he’s not really looking out for your kids if something like this is happening at home .
been battling peripheral neuropathy for about a year now, in the course of the last 8 months or so i have gotten extremely active in crossfit and other strength sports, recently added in boxing and have been coming here for about a month and a half, not only is this fun and tough as hell, but it's starting to gel making it even more intense. Additionally, its helped me drop almost 20lbs in combination with diet and everything else i do. I personally needed this physically and mentally, this has taught me im willing to fight for getting myself better. Coach Ferral you are the man! very grateful for Coach Ferral, Caleb, and redline!
