Refine Aesthetics is truly exceptional. The suite itself is beautiful, with cozy, calming rooms that create a relaxing environment for any procedure. What really sets this place apart is the individualized care—they take detailed notes at every appointment and truly keep up with your treatments so they can make thoughtful adjustments to meet your needs each time. They offer options without ever making you feel pressured or sold to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Jenna, the owner, is incredibly intentional about selecting the best staff, so even if you don’t book directly with her, you are absolutely in expert hands. That level of trust and consistency is rare. Jenna is genuinely kind, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable in her specialty. She is always attending conferences and continuing her education to fine-tune her skills and provide the best care possible, which really shows in her work. If you haven’t checked out Refine Aesthetics yet, you absolutely should—you won’t be disappointed.
Jenna is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable about facial anatomy, listens/takes her time, & always makes me feel completely at ease. I've been seeing her for years now & my Botox results are consistently beautiful & natural. I trust her completely - she truly deserves all the love & recognition. Refined is truly a gem. The space is cute, clean, & cozy. The staff is incredibly kind & always so accommodating. Every visit feels comfortable & welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Jenna is absolutely amazing! She’s not only an incredibly skilled injector and NP but also the heart of the med spa. You can tell how much she cares about her clients and her team the whole experience feels warm, professional, and personalized from start to finish.
