I had Mike and Dan restoring my power today they hooked up my new panel i'll say this both of those gentlemen did an awesome job they took their time once they were finished. They showed me everything they did. They talked me through it and it looked great. I'm truly thankful to them because I finally get to bring my wife and my daughter home to a nice warm house Thank you gentlemen thank you to the entire team. You you guys are awesome. Reimer did a great job replacing the new furnace and our electricity! Very happy with it! They were very professional and great worker! I was blown away by how they did all this in 2 days! I highly recommend them!!
Seth B was incredibly helpful! So was the office scheduling team. I could not believe they were able to commit to same day repairs. Seth called when he was heading over to our home and willing to work through a couple questions with me before he arrived. I am the homeowner and was out of town during the repair so this helped A LOT. Seth helped me understand more about what to expect for the visit and called me again once he found the issue to confirm cost and repair. He finished the diagnostics and repair in about 30 minutes. We are so happy, that we bought the membership. It feels like an easy yes to have Seth or someone like him come back and help us care for our home year after year. THANK YOU!
