Kyle and Josh were so uncharacteristically (based on experiences with other companies) knowledgable and professional. They showed immediate consideration by donning shoe booties before even entering our home and they listened while I explained our desire to improve our heating circulation by possibly moving thermostats on upper and lower levels. They asked thorough questions and offered suggestions to me and my husband. Prior to their departure they discussed the different options and pricing, and immediately sent a quote for our review. We haven't decided which option(s) we will proceed with, but it will be Reliable H &C doing the work! Very happy to write this review and recommend this company.
Mark was great! He responded quickly and got our furnace repaired. He was very informative and answered all our questions We have used your company in the past and you have definitely earned our loyalty
The tech (Kyle) was quick, friendly, and reliable. He was 10 mins early to our appointment and done in no time! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Also the office lady (Becky) was friendly and on top of her stuff! Reliable for the WIN! I will forever use there company/services! Thanks Reliable!
Reliable Heating & Cooling sent Dom & Ezra to my home to service my furnace which had stopped completely. These two individuals were respectful and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently, left to pick up a part and didn't leave until the job was finished. The furnace is old and I wasn't sure it could be repaired. I will definitely be using Reliable Heating & Cooling in the future.
Great experience & installation. Mark & Matthew were the best. They worked 5.5 hrs ea without a break on install. I had a couple questions about sales & install & Reliable Owner, Mike, personally called me to explain. He is an amazing person. Becky was a great helper on any questions I inquired about at the Reliable office.
