I called Reliant when our Rennai water heater started acting up and the plumber who installed it wasn’t returning my texts. Reliant was thorough in its inspection: patiently eliminating root causes, ensuring they only suggested the more complex option if a simpler fix didn’t work. Sergio was especially kind to come out on Christmas Eve and was so nice my kids gave him handful of peppermints! 10/10 recommend.
High quality service, transparent pricing, and prompt response time. Caesar did an amazing job fixing the clog in our kitchen sink within 15 minutes. He was up front about what he might need to do to fix the problem and gave helpful solutions for the future. Reliant charged $37 while other companies were trying to charge me $200-$500 to fix the same problem. I will suggest this company to all of my friends and family. And Caesar was nice to our dog!
First off no pressure when dealing with Ceasar. He was awesome to deal with. Showed up on time very professional and he's a people person which I love. The guys on his team are also very knowledgeable and they come in and start working. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything before they left. They also made sure I was happy with the job and explained everything through the whole process. I had pipes replaced for a drain that was clogged and they showed me everything through the camera as it went down the pipes. I dont like calling a plumber, but wouldn't hesitate to call this crew out again in the future. Family owned business that values customer service. Thank you Ceasar, Alex, and your crew for an awesome experience and a price that was affordable. 👍🏾👍🏾
Manny L. From this company come out this morning and got my house in order. My tub and toilet were in desperate need of a Plummer. My children and the rest of my family were so Grateful to him for his expertise. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and effective. Amazing job and very knowledgeable about his craft. So thankful and greatful to have had the pleasure to meet this gentlemen. This company is so Professional and got back to us in a Timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber! Wonderful staff and excellent service.
I had the friendly Carlos from Reliant plumbing come out and their name says it all reliant. They are amazing. I was in a bind my toilet and tub stopped up and they helped me so much. You don’t know how much I appreciate it and Maura on the call center help me make the appointment it made me feel safe and taken care of.
