I paid $2,000 for keratin tip extensions, and while Ricky is a great person—hence the one star—the overall experience and quality were disappointing. My hair is on the thinner side, and 150 grams was likely too much. This was my first time getting keratin tips, and I wish I had done more research beforehand. During the appointment, a heavier-set male coworker, while working on another client, openly complained about how much he hated doing keratin tips but said the money was good, which made the atmosphere awkward. Additionally, Ricky mentioned I would receive free toner but didn’t reimburse me after I paid for it, which felt a bit money-focused. I believe that as a business professional, if you promise something, you should follow through, although I understand everyone has different values. While I don’t hold anything against Ricky personally, I wouldn’t do business again with him or Remedy Hair Shop.
I really enjoyed my experience here. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. I have long hair and Kalea helped me with a hairstyle that suited and met my preference. She's very knowledgeable and professional and I love the way my hair looks now thanks to her. Will definitely be coming back from now.
Tinea is amazing at taking your vision and turning it into something even more amazing. Very picky and she has always exceted my expectations. She is a very kind soul with high expectations of herself. She is good for your soul and for your hair. Guy or girl, straight or curly hair (mine is natully curly) she's got you covered and no need to pay crazy prices.
