Brendon H did follow up work to complete a termite barrier, this time involving drilling into delicate tiled areas of the home. He once again provided great customer-focused service from start to finish. He was friendly, courteous, professional and kept us informed.
Excellent service by Antonio. He was on time, very friendly, listened to what we needed done and finished the job as required. The price charged is what was quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Antonio was absolutely brilliant in his service yesterday. He took the time to answer our questions and in explaining the process involved. Antonio took great care and respected both inside and outside our home. I would not hesitate in recommending Antonio (Rentokil) to anyone. Also, Gary at Rentokil when booking our appointment, was wonderful in accommodating our preferred day/time and the requests we had.
Brendon was fantastic. We have recently purchased this property and were fortunate that the previous owner had passed on the details of the company who installed the white ant management system. Brendon had treated the property in the past and was able to highlight past issues which were so helpful. I felt he went above a beyond which is almost unheard of these days. I would highly recommend Brendon, his work ethic and of course the company he works for, Rentotil. Thank you, you guys have a keeper of a staff member. He deserves a pay rise. You need to hold onto the good ones!!
