Not terribly impressed. Brought my laptop in to have it diagnosed. The hard drive was damaged. That's fine. Decided to upgrade to a new computer. He asked me on the phone if I wanted new or used. I said new. When I went to pick it up he said oh this is used... No breakdown of invoice, and the laptop I have now has a faint line across the screen... Think I paid more than the laptop was worth...
Needed an urgent repair on my 2024 Macbook Pro as the screen was broken and I needed it for school within 2 days. Krunal helped me out with urgency and got my screen fixed at a great price and got it fixed ten times quicker compared to what other competitors were telling me the time would take to fix the laptop. Super clutch and amazing customer service!

Best device repair shop in Hamilton. I had a great experience working with Krunal. He was very knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had. My PC had stopped turning on and he managed to fix it. I would recommend this to anyone that needs their devices repaired.
