This is by far my family's #1, go-to pizza spot! Great atmosphere, wood fired pizza and a variety of salads. Love the firepits outside. Does not disappoint!

Unfortunately I can’t give this more than 1 star due to the restaurant messing up my order on back to back days for takeout. I ordered a Wilson pizza which does not have bacon or ham on it, however I was shocked that they put it on the pizza. The second day, I ordered a custom pizza and instead of jalapeños they put green bell peppers, thinking I wouldn’t notice. These are expensive personal pizzas and messing these up twice in a row is unacceptable. The buffalo wings are decent - little soft and not crispy but sauce is good. Hearth baked turnover is also decent when they don’t burn it (they burned it twice, once was good). Roosevelt fries are good - pretty crispy and good dipping sauces! Yuzu hop water is delicious. Overall, food is fine when they don’t mess up, but their track record was not good.

Every time I have been to Republic pi has been a good time and I’ve always left in a better energy than I came in. Everyone who works here is kind, personable and seems to genuinely enjoy their job. Having worked in the service industry myself, that is a tall order. You can tell that it comes from the top and that the staff is Loved and treated well - always a bonus to witness happy humans while at work. try their new specialty pizza - whatever it is when you make it in. Their creations are superb. Oh! And the homemade soups when you just need something small but filling and warming this wet time of year? The Guinness stew is amazing. Cheers!

Amazing brick oven pizza. They have unique and tasty flavor combinations, but you can also customize your toppings. Their Pi bites are an amazing appetizer as well as their chicken wings. Also the turnover dessert was to die for! There was no sharing going on. We love the environment in there but they also have cozy outdoor seating as well. The service has been great every time we've gone, very friendly staff. Pretty much every time my son has a football game at Ferris or Hart Field we go out to eat here afterwards. Yummy food and drinks for all!

I ate at Republic Pi for the first time on Friday, May 16, 2025, with my wife and three other adults. To be honest, I wasn’t overly excited about dining here because I am not a huge fan of “wood-fired pizza” concepts, but I was very pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Pi Bites as an appetizer and they were tasty but the best part was the thick cheese sauce they were served with. My wife and I ordered two entrees to split. We opted for the Wilson (pizza) and the RF Muffaletta (sandwich). Like I said, I am usually a critic of wood-fired pizza, but the Wilson made me a believer—but perhaps the creativity of the pie itself has a lot to do with that. It was a garlic cream-based pizza with chicken and potatoes! Trust me, the combination worked out just fine. The pizza was rich, bold, and savory. The only thing better than eating a few slices in the restaurant was eating another slice later that night. The sandwich was equally as good. The meat was plentiful/flavorful and the bread was so soft and fresh that it made such a treat to eat. The French fries—which are cut in a spiral/corkscrew shape—have a delightful crispiness and are perfectly seasoned…a truly unique fry! The service was great and the interior of the restaurant is charming. As we left Republic Pi at the end of the meal, I told my wife that we will have to return again one of these days. 🍕
