I am more than delighted with the services of REQ air conditioning. Damien, the sales rep, was very informative and helpful. Angus and Brodie arrived on time, installed it smoothly without any fuss and left the walls and installation areas clean, taking all the old equipment and packing with them. Damien rang a week later to check and advised me to turn the fan down when I complained it was a tad cold on a 40 degree day. REQ even lent me a temporary room air conditioner to tide me over Christmas until tradesmen returned from annual holidays. 5/5
We had a ducted reverse cycle system installed with 7 zones, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team - admin, sales, and the installation crew - were exceptional. Chris F in particular stood out by offering a better system than the one originally quoted by my builder, and at a more competitive price, which provided greater value overall. The installation was efficient, and the team were very respectful of me and my new home. They took great care to avoid damage or mess, the outlets look great, and they cleaned up the work area nicely afterwards. The aircon system works perfectly and performs exactly as expected. They team was also very accommodating, when my concreter delayed works, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend REQ for their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service.
Could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Great sales guy, met all timelines, pricing was honest. Install guys were simply perfect. Their Gyprok repair guy was also brilliant and service was also wonderful. I will recommend to all. They are the real deal.
We had our reverse cycle air conditioner installed a week ago and we are very pleased with the result. Thank you to the whole REQ Team. Daniel made a home visit to provide a quote. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and was able to guide us in the choice of the best system to suit our needs. He explained how it would work and what the installation process involved. About 2 weeks later the installers were onsite. They were friendly, efficient, and attention to detail was great. They worked quickly and efficiently, with almost no disruptions to our day. I was very impressed with the swiftness at which the lads completed the job, considering, they also had to remove an old evaporative unit and the ducting from the roof. Thank you to the whole REQ team for a stellar job. The whole process from the initial home visit to provide a quote, to the actual installation, was smooth and efficient. Our new ducted air conditioning is working exceptionally well and a huge improvement on the old model. Would highly recommend REQ if you are looking for a company that delivers on their promises.
